Many thousands believe in, and have encountered Sasquatch.

It is not possible to know how many have not lived to tell of the experience.

As these creatures evolved to see in the darkness of the night, they have had a tremendous advantage over we puny humans with our daytime eyes, an advantage reversed when the sun brings another dawn to drive away the terrors of the night.

Except for the occasional 'incident', the Sasquatch have largely stayed hidden from their daylight-dwelling hominid cousins, and except for some 'believers',  we humans as a species are too arrogant and too ignorant to acknowledge that a largely indiscernible monster lurks in the shadows of the night, watching our every move.

... A monster that defies our imagined superiority on this world.

From the Trolls of Europe to the Wendigo of North America, from the Swamp Apes of Florida to the Bigfoot of California, from the Yaren of Asia to the Yowie of Australia, even the ancient Wolf People of nightmare and legend fall under the term, Sasquatch.

THERE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN MONSTERS STALKING THE NIGHT...

TALES OF TERRIBLE GIANTS AND BLOODTHIRSTY KILLERS IN THE DARK HAVE SOAKED DEEP INTO EVERY CULTURE THROUGHOUT HISTORY... STORIES RETOLD AND REPEATED UNDER THE LIGHT OF THE MOON AND AROUND THE FIRES HOLDING THE SHADOWS AT BAY FOR COUNTLESS CENTURIES

In the past entire tribes combined their best warriors to drive away the giant horrors of the night.

The various wars have been ongoing and bloody over the centuries, the tales of these epic battles slowly fading into myth and legend.

Who knows how many brave warriors faced their fears and paid the ultimate price so that we today can ridicule the idea of booger men in the dark?

Arrogant in our high technology, the social paradigm today refuses to acknowledge the presence of not just one but many surviving species of hominid. In fact people who have witnessed these creatures are mocked and demonised as pariahs in our oh-so logical world of concrete and electricity.

In today's world, with its ever-shrinking resources and growing pollution, depletion and ruination of more and more of the shrinking wild places, conflict is inevitable.

In this ancient war the understanding of who the real monsters are blurs and shifts like the storm clouds of summer.

It is time to tell the tales from the point of view of the Sasquatch.

There has always been monsters in the night, this is their story...
